1. Your phone must be rooted (How to root ZTE BLADE)

2. Enable in ZTEBLADE  in Settings->Application Settings -> Unknown Sources and Settings->Application Settings ->Development ->USB debugging

3. Copy to SDCARD unziped recovery-clockwork-5.0.2.0-blade-gen2-update_signed.zip and recovery manager

4. Install Recovery Manager

5. Run Reovery Manager

6. Choose  Recovery

7. Click Install Recovery and click  recovery-clockwork-5.0.2.0-blade.img , wait. Program say "Curently recoveru unrecongnized" 

8. Close apps, you have custom recovery.
